I reached out via their Facebook marketplace ad to see if they could assist with my clothes dryer not heating up, and within an hour I had a response and an appointment for the next day! Nate arrived exactly on time and had all the parts (even with some cost saving options) needed to get the work done. As he worked to completely deconstruct the dryer to make the repair he explained what might have caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future, made some observations about brands to look for and some to avoid depending on the appliance. I can't say enough positive about him - he did a great job and when he left we felt a little smarter about appliances 🙂 Would definitely use him again!
